1. General Provisions

ep333 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user of the platform ("you", "user", "member") and ep333.

These Terms apply to the ep333 website, mobile application and all related services. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in the Bangladesh market. In the event of any dispute, ep333's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use the ep333 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

The information you provide when opening an account must be true, complete and up to date. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

At the time of registration, you must provide a valid mobile number and an active email address. ep333 may use this information for verification purposes.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to ep333 immediately. ep333 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ep333 may request documents for identity verification at any time. These may include:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Verification of mobile banking account details
• Proof of address document

If verification documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the ep333 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. ep333 reserves the right to set or change deposit limits at any time.

Once a deposit is successfully processed, it is generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in some cases additional time may be required due to the verification process.

A verified payment method must be used for withdrawals. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. ep333 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ep333 have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is set from the date the bonus is received. Specific games may contribute differently to wagering calculations.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, ep333 may offer special promotions, reload bonuses and cashback offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. In addition to the general bonus rules, those specific terms must also be followed.

5.4 VIP Program

ep333's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular activity and consistent participation. Specific details of VIP benefits will be communicated to members separately.

6. Gaming Rules

Slot games, live casino, cricket betting and other gaming services are available on the ep333 platform. Each game follows the rules of its respective third-party game provider. In the event of any technical issue related to a game, the game provider's server logs will be accepted as final evidence.

6.1 Betting Rules

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market. ep333 reserves the right to void bets in unusual or suspicious circumstances.

6.2 Technical Errors

ep333 reserves the right to void any result or transaction caused by software errors, communication failures or other technical issues. Deposits will be returned in such circumstances.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ep333 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Manipulating the system to gain bonus advantages.
• Playing games using any software, bot, script or automated method.
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to fix game outcomes in collusion with other users.
• Attempting to damage the platform's security or technical infrastructure.
• Any activity that causes harm to ep333 or other users.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited. Information may be provided to law enforcement agencies if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

ep333 accepts no liability for the following:

• Direct or indirect financial losses from gaming.
• Losses caused by technical errors or connection failures.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays caused by disruption to third-party payment provider services.

The ep333 service is provided on an "as is" basis. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, but every effort is made to maintain it.

• Evidence of providing false information or fraud.
• Suspicion of illegal activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period of time.
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

ep333 may not be obligated to provide a reason when closing an account. However, any legitimate balance will be returned.
